NLCC to showcase energy ambitions

The Namibia Local Content Conference & Exhibition (NLCC) 2025 returns from 7 to 9 October at The Dome in Swakopmund, bringing together government leaders, industry players, SMEs, civil society and academia to shape Namibia’s evolving energy sector.

Convened by Antila Oil & Gas (AO&G) and the Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI), with the Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board (NIPDB) as a partner, the event will run under the theme “Aligning Namibia’s Energy Ambitions: A Synergised Approach to Local Content”.

The three-day conference will feature exhibitions, technical sessions, and high-level engagements designed to put Namibian enterprises at the heart of the country’s oil, gas, green hydrogen and renewable energy transformation.

“NLCC 2025 is a platform that turns dialogue into action. It is where Namibia’s energy opportunities are connected to local skills, suppliers and enterprises, ensuring that growth is inclusive and sustainable,” said Namata Liswani.

The event has secured support from a range of strategic partners, including: CLC Solutions, a pan-African local content strategist supporting extractives and enterprise growth; Above Ground Advisory, advising investors on market entry, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement; Africa Energy Technology Centre, promoting cross-continental energy collaboration; Namibia Youth Energy Forum, driving youth innovation through its Energy Innovators Programme; and FNB Namibia.

Full details of confirmed speakers and the programme line-up will be announced in the coming weeks.
