Procurement Board takes bidders education to Zambezi Region
The Central Procurement Board of Namibia (CPBN), in collaboration with the Zambezi Regional Council, will host a Bidders’ Workshop on 20 November 2025 in Katima Mulilo.
Bidding can often be a complex process, and many bidders are disqualified due to incomplete documentation or avoidable errors. To address these challenges, the workshop, targeting the business community in the Zambezi Region and surrounding areas, seeks to educate participants on CPBN’s mandate and how they can effectively participate in its procurement process. Furthermore, the session aims to equip prospective bidders with the practical knowledge and skills required to prepare and submit responsive and compliant bids. Participants will be guided through the various bidding documents and procedures to ensure they understand the requirements and can accurately complete the necessary documentation for future bid submissions.
The workshop is scheduled to taake place on 20 November 2025 at 09h00 at the Zambezi Regional Council, Erf No. 333, on the corner of Hospital Road and B8 (Ngoma Road), Boma, Katima Mulilo. Participation is free of charge, but prior registration is required. Interested participants may request a registration form via email at pr@cpbn.org.na.
