Captivating

The concept of steampunk is a subculture and genre of science fiction and fantasy that draws inspiration from 19th-century industrial steam-powered machinery and Victorian-era fashion, resulting in a visually stunning aesthetic that served as the perfect backdrop for Friday night’s festivities.

The Steampunk factory and lounge, a cherished family-owned establishment, not only captivates with its ambiance and music but also tantalises the taste buds with its culinary offerings. Guests can indulge in a variety of delectable dishes, including mouth-watering spaghetti bolognese and sumptuous chicken and beef lasagna. These culinary delights added yet another layer to the immersive experience, ensuring that every aspect of the evening was nothing short of extraordinary.

Through weekly events like Friday Night Live and open mic nights every Wednesday, the venue aims to cultivate a sense of community and creativity among attendees.

Owner Gerhard Mohrmann spoke passionately about the venue’s commitment to offering a truly unique experience, from its meticulously crafted steampunk decor to its impressive selection of themed liquor bottles. “We want to create a space where people can escape the ordinary,” Mohrmann explained. “Whether you’re here for the music, the atmosphere or the craftsmanship, there’s something here for everyone.”
