Wilderness Touring Cape Town is proud to announce the launch of its latest signature experience: Cape Town’s Emerging Culinary Landscape – a dynamic and flavour-filled journey through the heart of the city, led by none other than Tristan Voss, foodie and manager of The Test Kitchen (TTK) Fledglings Restaurant, a project of renowned South African chef, Luke Dale Roberts, aimed at developing young aspiring chefs.

Guests explore Cape Town’s Eastern side, downtown, and the vibrant V&A Waterfront with Tristan, stopping at famed confectionary delis, one of the world’s most acclaimed coffee shops, and also visiting the country’s oldest fruit-bearing vine, dating back to 1771.
